Why use PMIQ?

How do I pay for a course?

All courses can either be purchased as a one-off payment, or you can take advantage of our subscription payment plan and spread the cost over 3, 6 or 12 months.

There are three options for payment:

  1. Pay online using a Credit or Debit card.  You will be able to view your order at https://pmiq.co.uk/my-account.
  2. Pay by Bank Transfer. We can send you our bank details so you can make your payment.
  3. Pay by invoice.  We can issue an invoice for full payment to be made. Once we have confirmed that payment has been received, we will process your order.  We can reference your Purchase Order on our invoice (if applicable).  Payment terms are 14 days.
Can I pay by instalments?

Where can I take my examinations?

Online (e-Learning):

You can take your exams online from any location.  Please contact us at support@pmiq.co.uk to get your exam voucher.

Live virtual:

You can take your exams online from any location.  Please contact us at support@pmiq.co.uk to get your exam voucher.

Classroom:

Your exams will be taken at the location of the course as part of your course. If you prefer, you can take your exams online at a later date. Please talk to your trainer at least 7 days before the course starts if you wish to take them online.

How do I book my examination?

Please contact our Support Team and they will provide you with access to the booking system and the relevant exam vouchers.  You will then be able to access the system and choose a date and time that suits you.

How do I get support when I need it?

All of our courses include full support from a qualified and experienced tutor.  You will be able to contact your assigned tutor via email or by phone.  If more detailed support is required, online sessions can be arranged to talk you through issues step-by-step. Are the course tutors experienced & knowledgeable?

We pride ourselves in employing course tutors who have a wealth of real-world experience alongside an in-depth knowledge an understanding of their specialist subjects.  We go through a rigorous selection process to ensure that we only employ the very best individuals.

How long will it take to get my certificate?

Most exam certificates are issued to delegates within 5 working days.  However, during busy periods this can sometimes take a little longer.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued by the relevant examination institute and will be sent to you by email.
